Building Remote Departments

El Hashamy Group approached us with the challenge of creating and managing remote customer service and operations departments that would work seamlessly with their warehouse in Kuwait. Our task was to establish these departments in Egypt, ensuring they could effectively handle customer interactions and coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfillment.

Comprehensive Supervision

We successfully built and supervised a dedicated team consisting of 12 customer service representatives and 2 operations staff. Our role included Recruitment and Training.

The customer service team was responsible for taking orders, handling customer inquiries, and sending the orders to Kuwait's warehouse. They also followed up on the delivery process to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

This collaboration highlights our capability to build, manage, and optimize remote teams, delivering superior results and exceeding client expectations.
